Mr Appleby was my form teacher for a year at Copleston. He left at the end of the year but I always remembered his kind words before he left

I was breaking up for the school holidays a week early. On my last day at school, in registration, Mr Appleby got called out of the class on an emergency. He came back and called me out of the office to just say goodbye, but also he told me 'you're going to be OK, you're going to do fine in life'. May not have been a lot, but it meant a huge amount that despite his emergency, he took the time to let me know the he believed in me.
I always remember that and always wanted to say thanks.
