Hello! My name is Steven.
Coaching and gym are my hobbies, passion, and a way of getting relaxed, so that I can not get off of that all-day session at my computer. Previously, I was, like a lot of others, overweight. I weighed 108 kg and I had a problem walk out the stairs. I have changed my life since I started to strengthen myself. I feel great, I became more self-confident and more purposeful and productive. But this is not only about going to gym, you need to change your lifestyle and food you eat. That’s why I decided to pass on my knowledge and experience to help others with similar problems.
